An estimated 32.3 million viewers watched at least some portion of the CMA awards!

With the Net’s telecast of the 40th Annual CMA Awards, ABC won the first Monday of the November 2006 Sweep in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49, producing its most competitive performance on the night this season. ABC led the second place networks by 3.4 million viewers (CBS) and by 13% among Adults 18-49 (NBC). ABC also took top honors Monday night across each of the key women demos (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54), as well as Teens 12-17 and Kids 2-11.

ABC attracted its largest audience and highest Adults 18-49 rating of the night in 6 months – since 5/15/06.
