Murphy, The Peppers, BSB Among Those Seen in the City! Whoa!

Yes it is time for the weekly recap of who was seen out and about in the city!

Comedian Charlie Murphy (Eddie’s brother) was seen hanging at Layl’a Rul Sunday night.

Josh Hartnett (40 Days and 40 Nights) was seen hanging with The Kings of Leon downtown at Past Perfect. The leading hollywood actor was also spotted hanging at Loser’s and playing shuffle board at Blue Bar Tuesday night (according to my girl Heather Byrd).

Carrie Underwood was seen at a couple of Nashville functions over the week. Carrie not only celebrated two number one’s at ASCAP, but she made an appearance Monday night at Loews Vanderbilt for a Grammy party honoring Nashville Grammy nominees.

Joey Lawrence was seen dining at Ruth’s Chris Saturday night. Whoa!
Lawrence was in town for Dancing with the Stars and onlookers believe they saw more of the Dancing crew, but at another table.

Country singer Darryl Worley was seen at Tootsie’s and later on singing a tune on a stage in Printer’s Alley.

Eddie George was seen Sunday night touching down at Nashville International.

Tin Roof was rocked by a few of the Nashville Predators over the weekend, including Jordin Tootoo and some ice hotties!

Members of The Kings of Leon were also seen occupying their spot at Layl’a Rul on Thursday for Rockstar Bar.

Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Peppers was seen trying to leap over a parking meter on Broadway last Tuesday night. The RHCP drummer then hit-up a slew of honky tonks. Wednesday he played the GEC and Thursday stopped in the Musicians Hall of Fame to donate some items.

Members of the Back Street Boys, who are still in town working on an album, were seen leaving the GEC last Wednesday night after watching the peppers.

Raul Malo and the violinist for Gnarls Barkley were seen last Tuesday having lunch at Noshville off West End.

Major league pitching veteran Dewon Brazelton was seen hanging in the VIP at Laly’a Saturday night. Brazelton seems to be coming a regular at Layl’a and staff say he is a sweetie.

Steve McNair was seen hanging at Mafiosos for two for Tuesdays!

Lee Greenwood and Gary Chapman were both seen at the governor’s Pioneer Ball Saturday at Wildhorse Saloon.

Hundreds of Nashville’s rockers came out Friday and Saturday night to celebrate Mercy Lounge turning 4 years old!
