All the guys from The Racounters were spotted walking out of a late lunch from the Yellow Porch last Wednesday around 3:30, the same day the band announced it’s North American line-up.

Charlie Daniels celebrating a fifty-year milestone in the music industry with friends and family at BMI. During the event, Daniels received many honors including a certificate of merit from the Governor of Tennessee, the Adjutant Distinguished Patriot Medal, a proclamation from the City of Nashville, a letter from the President of the United States, and a plaque to commemorate Daniels’ record sales of 500,000 units on Blue Hat/Koch.

Seezons from Flava of Love and Mister & Miss Black Tennessee were among the celebrity judges for Music City’s first Hair Battle. Thousands came out to Maple Wood High School for the show that featured stylists from all across Tennessee.

Thousands of wanna be famous singers showed out for Nashville Star auditions Friday at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Resort. John Rich, who will serve as a judge on the show, also came out to the auditions. Bill Ray Cyrus will host the show that premiers this summer.

Jamey Johnson, Brantley Gilbert, and Butter from Trailer Choir were spotted at Colt Ford‘s show at The French Quarter.
