Hannah Montana movie: “the cash and the fame”

Thousands of tweens showed up for a casting call for “Hannah Montana – The Movie” at the Sommet Center. Some even showed up the night before, but they were turned away. Those trying to be extras in the movie couldn’t line up until 6 a.m. Sunday. By noon, the line circled around The Sommet Center and double-lapped back up Broadway and 6th Avenue.

Most all that showed out love the pop sensation, except one kid. He was there for “the cash and the fame.” Hilarious- watch my story!

Those that came out to be an extra simply dropped a card and a photo in a box. The movie will be filmed in Columbia starting around May 6.
