Big Kenny plays rock benefit for local coach~

Maximus Multimedia launched its new on-demand music campaign with a charity event Saturday night at Rocketown. The show featured local rockers; The Pink Spiders, The Running and Super X with a surprise performance by Big Kenny of Big & Rich. Kenny performed two songs at the event.

All the money raised went to Frank Freeman, an assistant baseball coach at Smyrna High School who is suffering from cancer. Frank attended the show in his wheel chair and stayed in a private room over looking the stage. His wife (pictured), children (pictured), friends and students were among those in attendance.

Lindsey Chapman (pictured), Matt Bolton (pictured) and Jennifer Vickery (pictured) hosted the six camera shoot.

If you weren’t able to make the show, but still want to help the Freeman family, donations can be made to The Frank Freeman Family Fund at any Mid-South Bank in the area.
