Here a music venue, there a music venue: 2 new spots to catch a show!

Music City will soon have a new music venue, The Woods at Fontanel amphitheatre. The inaugural kick off at the new Woods at Fontanel amphitheatre Songwriters Sing for Nashville, will be held July 17th from 4:30-8. The $20 concert, featuring Hall of Fame songwriters, will benefit flood relief.

The Woods at Fontanel is an outdoor music venue with a capacity for 2,500 guests. Featuring state-of-the-art sound and a cozy wooded setting, the natural amphitheatre space of the White’s Creek valley will showcase major artists in an intimate format. Fully equipped with climate-controlled restroom facilities, the Woods at Fontanel will also be available for corporate picnics and other events.

Meantime, a new Nashville destination dubbed Musicians Corner in Centennial Park, will showcase and celebrate the Music City’s ties that bind. The outdoor epicenter for Nashville is modeled after Speakers Corner in London, music of all forms will be showcased on the Southwest lawn facing McDonalds. The first Musicians Corner event will kick off July 10th from 3-6, and will run every Saturday until it gets too cold.
