Steakhouses raise money for several local organizations~

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Six of Nashville’s finest restaurants are partnering together for the first ever Raise the Steaks event to raise money for four local non-profit organizations.

Sperry’s Restaurant, Flemings, Morton’s, Old Hickory Steakhouse, Ruth’s Chris and Stoney River are participating in the five-day fundraiser to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Alive Hospice and Happy Tales Humane.

Each of the participating steakhouses have created a special, prefixed dinner menu to offer diners special prices. Sperry’s Restaurant is offering couples two filets, with the salad bar, a side dish and dessert for $45. The event runs though Thursday.
